Hello! My name is Terra Stegall and I have been the massage therapist at Altoona Chiropractic Center for over 5 years now. Prior to this, I offered freelance therapeutic massage to patients in their homes or offices.

I graduated from the Iowa College of Natural Health and have always been interested in complimentary or alternative forms of therapy. Chiropractic is the perfect fit for me because I find it very gratifying to work with people that have chronic illnesses, like diabetes, or acute injuries, such as those suffered in a car accident. I also enjoy helping athletes to reach peak performance. In a clinical setting, massage therapy can offer so much more than pure relaxation and pain relief!

In my spare time, I enjoy hanging out with family and friends. My girls participate in softball, track, and swimming, so work comes home with me much of the time. I encourage people to sing, dance, and laugh, because to me it is just as important to nourish your soul as it is to nourish your body and mind.
