Family Health Plan

With insurance creating so many stipulations on care and increasing co payments. We are trying to help you maintain your health with affordable options for you and your dependent children.

You and each one of your family may receive one adjustment per week.

There are 3 options for payment

1.       $1700.00 yearly – acute care receives a 40% discount

2.       $ 500.00 quarterly – acute care receives a 30% discount

3.       $ 200.00 monthly – acute care receives a 20% discount

4.       Includes one adjustment per week per family member

If you have an injury that requires acute care, we will offer to file your insurance with your co-pays required or if you have no insurance a percentage off as per your agreement.

For a family of four your adjustment would be:

1.       $1700.00 yearly – $8.17 per adjustment

2.       $ 500.00 quarterly – $10.42 per adjustment

3.       $ 200.00 monthly –$12.50 per adjustment
