Since 1980, I have been a patient of Dr. Don MacKenzie and the Altoona Chiropractic Center. During that time, I have changes homes 3 times, medical doctors 7 times, and churches twice. I say this to emphasize the importance of the constant care I had received from Dr. Don and the clinic staff. Dr. Don’s treatment style is always interactive. He treats the whole person. He never tires of trying to help me improve any level of health. Without his help and guidance, I would not have been able to enjoy this time of my life as much as I do. As a person with fibromyalgia and several others health concerns, I have so appreciated the care, encouragement, and treatment necessary to survive and thrive that Dr. Don and his staff have always given to me. Dr. Don embraces the old methods, like Chinese medicine, but is always ready and excited to learn anything new that may help and improve the care of his patients.           In a relaxing friendly atmosphere, I was listened to and each symptom was addressed and helped. I like, that, different approaches were tried until the right one for me were found.
